Terms of service.
Photography: All efforts have been made to accurately photograph the finishes and colors of products. Slight variances can sometimes occur between the photographic representation and the actual product. Please keep in mind that everything is handmade and glazes/ colors may vary from piece to piece due to many factors throughout the firing process.
Pricing: Prices may be subject to change without notice. If you are a retailer, please email us to request a current line sheet.
Odds + Ends: Odds and Ends may contain minor defects that do not affect the functionality of the vessel. Objects have been marked down accordingly.
Shipping: All shipments will be made via the carrier of our choice. All shipments are shipped from our studio in Brooklyn, New York. International customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that are incurred during transit. Orders can be shipped via expedited service, however there is an additional surcharge for this service.
Product Return Policy: Items can be returned in original packaging, undamaged within 14 days of receipt. Please email hello@dunebrooklyn.com with the details of your return before sending. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Brooklyn, NY 11205Workshop Cancellation: If you are unable to attend a workshop you signed up for you will recieve a full refund if 30 days prior notice is given. A 50% refund will be given if you cancel less than a month before. If we are able to fill your spot in the workshop with someone you will receive a full refund, this is not a gaurentee but we will reach out to everyone on the wait-list to see if anyone is able to fill your spot for that particular date.
Product Availability: Dune Brooklyn does not guarantee the availability of any item and reserves the right to discontinue or change products at any time.
Lead Times: If the product is in stock it will ship within 5 business days, if the product needs to be made it will ship within 30 business days. All wholesale lead times are estimated, and products can occasionally become back ordered or delayed. Lead times are calculated from the date of payment.
Custom Orders: All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable once order is placed. Collaborations: We love to work with other designers / artists / makers, if you have an idea to share, please feel free to get in touch.
Payment Terms (wholesale): 50% deposit due at time of order, remaining balance due before shipping. Please email hello@dunebrooklyn.com
Order Cancellation: Cancellation after order submission is not available at this time.
Damaged Goods: Products are carefully packaged and checked before shipment. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. All damage claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please send an email to hello@dunebrooklyn.com with a photo of the damaged item. Replacement products will be sent ASAP. If the product is no longer available your order will be refunded.
Care and Maintenance: Placing pieces in the microwave and dishwasher can affect the strength of the ceramic and cause cracks over time. Neither are recommended at this time. Hand wash pieces and allow to air dry.
